Our inspiration: A commitment to care
Journeys Connect was founded by Tiffany Bradham-Bronner out of a deep passion for helping people through some of life’s most difficult transitions. Through her years of experience in healthcare and care coordination, Tiffany witnessed firsthand how overwhelming navigating senior care can be for families. Many families are unsure where to begin, what options are available, or whom they can trust when a loved one needs additional support.
Tiffany created Journeys Connect because she believes no family should have to navigate these important decisions alone. Journeys Connect simplifies the process by providing compassionate guidance, personalized recommendations, and honest support every step of the way.
